First training session at Aldershot went really well today.
Jason on the poolside and Tom, Simon and Gunnar in the water. Sets were:
400m warmup
400m power work against the float: 10 strokes upright float, 10 flat float and then to the end.
200m tick tock with pace increase at the 25m
4 x 200m tick tock full 50m length
400m straight swim with snorkel alternating lengths with arms out from and arms at side.
swim down: 50m bf, 50m fs, 50m fs, 50m fs, 25m fs, 25m bs, 50m bs, 50m apnea small fins.
The next training session at ALDERSHOT is Saturday 10th June 4-5pm. Arrive for 3.30 warmup. Also note if you have not been before you will need £2.00 for your associate membership of the Garrison
