Dates for finswimming training at the Aldershot Garrison pool are:

Sat 13th May = CANCELLED
Sun 14th May from 2:00 -3:00 pm
Sat 10th June
Sat 15th July
Sat 12th August
Sat 9th Sept
Sat 14th Oct
Sat 23 Oct
Sat 11 Nov
Sat 25 Nov
Sat 9th Dec

all other times from 4-5 pm with 30 mins warmup and swimdown in the open swim session (no fins).
