No training this weekend.

Saturday March 18th

Change of venue today. Up to the 50m Olympic standard pool at Aldershot for some serious finswimming. Tom, Gunnar and Simon attending today. Several drills and finishing with some times for the postal competition running this month.

Harriet, Simon and Tom in the water today with Jason encouraging us from the side....
Drills included:
tick tock using another fin as a 'float'
power work using the float sideways
lots of turn practice ... gradually getting better and usually find the wall now.
Last some times to enter into the Mail Cometition this month timed by Tom and Jason.

Hi - we have missed afew sessions. Simon, Jason and Tom here today. Tom had injured his knee and so was gently exercising. Simon in the water finning. 400m warm up. 800m surface - took 13 mins - got to work on those turns. 4x25m tick tock, 4x25m power and some turns work.
